This is our most popular bundle option! Go ahead and stock up, so you don't have to worry about buying beef every time you visit the store this year. The 1/2 bundle will come with AT LEAST 200 lbs. of beef, including *approximately*

- 80-90 lbs. ground beef

- 30-35 high quality steaks (Potential steaks are cuts like ribeyes, t-bones, filets, sirloins, top sirloins, and NY strip steaks)

- 15 packages country cooking meats (Potential items are cuts like fajita strips, cube steak, chuck eye steak (Poor Man's Ribeye) and beef tips)

- 10-12 slow cooking meats (Potential items are cuts like chuck roast, sirloin tip roasts, and short ribs)

- 3 briskets
