- 40-45 lbs. ground beef

- 15-20 high quality steaks (Potential steaks are cuts like ribeyes, t-bones, filets, sirloins, top sirloins, and NY strip steaks)

- 8 packages country cooking meats (Potential items are cuts like fajita strips, cube steak, chuck eye steak (Poor Man's Ribeye) and beef tips)

- 5-6 slow cooking meats (Potential items are cuts like chuck roast, sirloin tip roasts, and short ribs)

- 1 brisket 

We offer these as a pre-order or standard pickup option. For pre-order, the date indicates the FIRST available date for pickup. It MUST be picked up within 21 days of the date selected.
