Flat Iron steaks are the result of beef industry innovation! The Flat Iron is an incredibly tender, flavorful cut comparable to what you would expect from a higher-value steak, like a Ribeye or New York Strip. Our favorite way to serve this cut is grilled or cooked in a cast iron skillet and then sliced over a salad or flatbread. It makes the perfect appetizer, or light summer meal!
