Jones Farm Pork Belly

Pork belly is an incredibly versatile and loved cut used by pitmasters and smokers across the US! You can make your own bacon, smoke and slice it for a delicious BLT, make phenomenal burnt ends, or sear it and add to other dishes for a flavor boost. 

These are smaller than a normal side of pork belly to accomodate smaller familes and smoker sizes.
